How we approached this project

Every MaxDeals project follows the same four steps: review, design, implementation and management. During the review we map what is in place and where the bottlenecks are, for example ageing hardware, an unstable network or missing backups. In the design we pick the solution that fits the size and the budget of the organisation, usually a mix of Microsoft 365, centralised workplace management and a reliable internet connection.

We implement outside office hours or in phases wherever possible, so people can keep working. Migrations of mail, files and telephony are prepared up front, with a fallback if something does not go to plan. After delivery users get a short instruction, so new tools actually get used.

Management after delivery

After go live MaxDeals stays responsible for monitoring, updates, backup checks and the helpdesk. Clients report issues by phone, mail or WhatsApp and get a fixed response time based on the agreed SLA. That keeps IT stable and predictable in cost, also when the organisation grows.
